SHRIMP & GRITS
Louisiana Shrimp, Pomegranate BBQ, Green Tomato Chutney, Anson Mills Grits
Older Pro Pomegranate – 4.6% ABV, Gose
For this unique variant of their popular Old Pro Gose, they took a portion of the summer’s last batch and aged it in beautiful oak barrels that had previously held white wine and added a heaping dose of organic pomegranate. The result is a beer with delicate oak notes, a subtle hint of white wine, bright fruit, and that signature sour and salt you’ve come to love from Old Pro.
Crawfish, Corn on the Cob, Andouille & Potato Cake, Hasselbrau Boil Reduction
Hasselbrau – 4.9% ABV, Hefeweizen
Born in Baltimore. Huge in Germany. Introducing Hasselbrau, their new Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Super smooth and bubbling with all the estery-goodness of a world class Wheat. Perfect for watching the bay or riding at night.
NASHVILLE HOT SOFT SHELL
Maryland Soft Shell, Chili Oil, Johnny Cake Waffle, IPA Pickles, Slaw
Anniversary IPA – 6.5% ABV, American IPA
This limited IPA was brewed to commemorate Union’s 6th Anniversary. It was generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic for bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.
Bourbon Whipped Cream
Chessie 2018 – 9.8% ABV, Barleywine
This limited, full bodied offering is brewed every year to commemorate Union’s anniversary. Packed with nearly 2,000 lbs. of malted barley per batch and generously hopped in the kettle and in post-fermentation, this legendary barleywine-style ale has layers of complex flavor to wash over your palate. Drink her fresh to experience all the hoppy, bitter goodness of the dank and piney Columbus and Centennial hops.
